Run Blu-ray 3D Ripper – Choose "to MKV" mode, import in source 3D Blu-ray.
Inserting a Blu-ray 3D disc, or clicking the folder icon or image file icon beside "Source" to load Blu-ray 3D source that you want to convert to MKV 3D.
And a pop up window will ask you to specify a region code for the source movie, just do it. Some seconds later, the source movie will be opened.

Define the subtitles, audio tracks, and profile- After the source is opened, the longest title of the movie will be selected by default, of course, you can choose your favorite audio tracks and subtitles for the title.
And Blu-ray 3D to MKV 3D Ripper enables you to select your favorite one from the list of preset and optimized profiles under "Profile" option.
